Cooking Class - Relaxed Italian Summer Menu- Was disappointed on the menu change from grilled chicken to kabob's. I would have have signed up for kabob's if that was what I was looking to cook. The food was very good, but thought the timing was not managed well. We spent more time watch chef (and a few guests) making the gelato that we did on eating our meal. And the gelato still came out very soft and runny. We we were rushed at the end and only had about 10-15 mins to enjoyour meal. Chef Karen was informative and helpful.
