What You’ll Do

Explore modern Italian cuisine with favorite dishes featuring regional ingredients and techniques.

This immersive cooking class showcases the diversity of Italian cuisine. You’ll learn traditional methods from a world-class chef as you craft a robust menu highlighting signature Mediterranean flavors. From hearty olive braised pork chops to fresh pici pasta in a handmade red sauce, each dish is crafted from scratch with gourmet tips from the chef.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

The class was fun and Lee was a great teacher. I left feeling like I could make these breads at home! Two things caused me to rate this 4 stars instead of 5: Today is 3 days after the class and I still haven't received recipes from the things we made. I actually would've come home and tried to make the breads on my own that afternoon. The second thing was, our family attended as a group of 5 which was a lot to try to give everyone a chance to be involved. The class assistant was working next to us making the breads on her own. It would've been great if she had pulled a couple of us over to work with her.
