We cooked the Spanish meal which included Patatas Bravas, Seafood Paella and Churro with dark chocolate dip. The patatas were delicious and the dip took it to another level. The paella was very flavorful and the churros were light and fluffy. Chef Danushka was patient with our questions and we learned other things beyond what the Spanish feast called for. Me and my friend had a great and highly recommend it to anyone looking to have fun and learn pro way to cook.

Chef Zach never disappoints. Even after taking several classes with him, we still walk away learning something new every time. We recently did the Greek cooking class, and as always, he struck the perfect balance between being an incredible teacher and a natural entertainer. He has a way of breaking things down so cooking feels approachable, easy, and genuinely fun. You don’t just follow a recipe—you actually understand what you’re doing and why. We prepared with Chef Erin's guidance the terrific Holiday Feast meal! I would definitely recommend the Cozymeal service. Erin was nice enough to drive at night through a hilly winding area on Christmas Eve. She is very knowledgable about cooking, trends in food prep and did it all with a great sense of humor! We had a blast and were very well fed.

We had an amazing at-home Italian cooking class experience. Chef Erin brought everything needed and guided us through each dish with clear, step-by-step instructions. We started with a fresh Caprese salad, followed by perfectly seasoned crispy fried shrimp. The highlight was learning how to make handmade pasta from scratch—it was easier than expected and so satisfying. The pasta was beautifully complemented by a rich, flavorful tomato sauce. We ended with a classic tiramisu that was light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The class was fun, hands-on, and left us with new skills we can use again. It was a perfect way to spend the evening and a great option for a special night in.

We had the lovely pleasure of cooking a carne asada with Chef T! She was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful, and so so considerate. We had an amazing time learning how to make our dishes and trying something new. I could go on and on about how amazing Tera is, she is amazing at what she does and it was an honor to be able to learn from her! Would recommend to everyone who is looking for something fun to do with a great instructor.

It's a great experience!! I recommend this class with Chef Taruna 100%, she guide you through all the process, you have an active role all the time and then you get to enjoy your creations. Everything was delicious, she even printed the recipes for us to make sure that we wont have any problems to do them again. Great for couples or for one person, I definitely will take more classes with her.

Class: Modern Asian Comfort Food So much to love about Chef Susie's class! My husband and I were the seniors in the class and have been cooking for many, many years. Both of us love Asian cuisine and decided to branch out from our cooking comfort zone to a cuisine we both love. Chef presented the dishes in the time order of preparation so demonstrate how the menu could be handled in a short time for those of us who have 30-45 minutes to prepare a meal. As she prepared the stir-fry, she sprinkled the science of why the recipe was prepared as it was and how not to overcook the chicken, for example. However, the star of the dishes, and the one that most of us probably needed the most guidance with was dumplings. From sourcing the wraps to preparing the stuffing (in advance) to creating a basic dumpling fold to more intricate, decorative folds, to cooking, and--best of all--eating the finished product--Chef Susie helped me to conquer my fear of creating Asian dumplings. A wonderful experience over all! Enjoy!

What an enjoyable experience for a girl’s night out! Food was delicious, loved the general cooking info, and nice to get knife skills included. Chef was prepared making efficient use of the time. (Tipped in cash at the class). She deserves a min tip of 20%!

Chef Megan was incredible and deserves 10+ stars. She is super bubbly, engaging, and a fantastic storyteller which makes cooking much more enjoyable. She treated us with great hospitality and ensured everyone participated in various parts of the cooking experience. After the class, the strangers/participants felt like best friends who just created the best meal of a life time. Food was sooooooo good, we eat ourselves into a coma. Definitely take a course with Chef Megan—you will not regret it.

I had a blast!! Chef Kareem's home is clean, cozy, with a fun atmosphere. It was great to meet new people and share a meal with a great group of Austinites. Would give Chef Danushka more stars if I could!! I booked a private cooking experience with Chef Danushka last weekend with five of my close friends. None of us were quite sure what to expect or how formal the arrangement was going to be. We brought plenty of wine and were prepared to make it a memorable night. From the moment we arrived, we were brought into the Chef's adorable, clean home with a beautiful kitchen, perfectly arranged for us to gather comfortably with a great view of all cooking instructions. The Chef is hilarious and made all of us feel at ease while still giving us lighthearted banter that made sure we were all involved and engaged. The food was one of the best meals I've had in awhile (and I'm not even typically a pork eater) and the experience overall was one of the highlights of the last few months. Thank you, Chef! Looking forward to booking with you again!

Chef Zach is amazing!!! I took the Flavors of Greece class and it was delicious. I went with my oldest daughter and he taught us all the tricks of how to use the knife, how to combine herbs and explained step by step the recipe while we were making it. He also had the printout for us to take home. I am so glad that I decided for this class. I highly recommend it, never tasted such a delicious Greek meal. Also, we all kept our masks at all times and our distance. Everything is clean and he even had Greek music and pictures of his trip to Greece. Thanks Chef!

Great learning and cooking experience!! We loved the steak taretar and the steak itself! The whole process on removing the yolk from the egg, and the details like saffron salt made all the difference. This class was a blast and the food was even better!

What an amazing experience! Chef Zach was so accommodating and even gave us some tips on safe knife handling, how to properly zest a lime, how to peel ginger, etc. as part of our lesson. It was also wonderful to learn more about Brazil and even some Portuguese as part of the lesson. The food was amazing and we learned so much! Five stars!

Absolutely awesome experience! Chef Zach was very welcoming and tried to accommodate everyone's needs or (in my case) dietary restrictions :) The atmosphere was fun and friendly, Zach shared different cooking tips and tricks along the way.
