We had a wonderful evening with Chef Zach! He entertained our whole crew from my 17 year old to my 80 year old Mom. We all were easily involved in the process of making an amazing French meal. We will definitely be booking him again.

This is our 3rd class with Chef Zach and every time he outdoes himself! He is knowledgeable and entertaining. He makes what looks difficult, feel easy. The best part is we learn skills we can use again and again. The experience is top notch and he is the best Chef we have had, by far!!!

Fantastic class - I learned a ton about working with laminated doughs. I've tried a couple times in the past, and always had a sticky, tacky mess on my hands. This class taught me tricks and tips, how to work the dough more effectively, what to watch out for. I just pulled a batch of croissants out of the oven, and they are everything I could have ever hoped for, and more. I need to keep a laminated dough on hand at all times now! :D Loved the class, great teacher, very helpful and informative - can't wait to take more classes!

Chef Zach is easy to be with and makes guests feel comfortable. His teaching style is kind and approachable. We were able to make a number of dishes and understand how to time them to complete the full meal for presentation at the end. Food was great - and there was plenty to eat at the end!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing cooking experience with Chef Zach. We did the French cuisine class. He was very informative gave us great tips in regards to preparation of the meals. The atmosphere was amazing and he gave us a history lesson of the areas of the country that inspired the French dishes along with the differences. I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who wants to learn or just have a great experience!

Would give Chef Danushka more stars if I could!! I booked a private cooking experience with Chef Danushka last weekend with five of my close friends. None of us were quite sure what to expect or how formal the arrangement was going to be. We brought plenty of wine and were prepared to make it a memorable night. From the moment we arrived, we were brought into the Chef's adorable, clean home with a beautiful kitchen, perfectly arranged for us to gather comfortably with a great view of all cooking instructions. The Chef is hilarious and made all of us feel at ease while still giving us lighthearted banter that made sure we were all involved and engaged. The food was one of the best meals I've had in awhile (and I'm not even typically a pork eater) and the experience overall was one of the highlights of the last few months. Thank you, Chef! Looking forward to booking with you again!

Zach is wonderful, very entertaining, and was an absolute blast to talk to. He also gave us so many useful every day cooking tips in addition to teaching us how to make the wonderful French dishes we enjoyed that night. I HIGHLY recommend him for a date night!

We had a great time making the Viva La Franc meal with Chef Danushka. The meal was fabulous but the chef had a personality that was a little off-putting at first. Throughout the night she warmed up and our team loved bonding over such a unique experience.

Chef Zach exceeded all expectations. From the moment we entered his cozy home, the French theme of the night became apparent. Chef Zach is a welcoming host, knowledgeable chef, and an even better instructor. We learned various tips that left us feeling inspired to cook more. From how to get fallen egg shell pieces, to how to cook a pizza in the oven so the flavors of all ingredients melt seamlessly, Chef Zach has tips and tricks for everyone and everything. He was a great conversationalist, and ensured we all (4 of us) got to partake in the cooking steps. He truly knows his way about cooking guaranteed tasty meals. It was an outstanding experience. Highly recommend Chef Zach, you will leave feeling like a mini pro chef. Looking forward to the next class!
