What You’ll Do

Learn the secrets to baking classic French treats.

You'll feel like you're in a Parisian bakery in this immersive cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you the secrets to making decadent French desserts. Learn to make a rich caramel sauce, mix in apples and add them to puff pastry to make a buttery taste tatin. Plus, learn to make a fluffy soufflé and flambéed crêpes Suzette.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
