Cooked steak, fries, and lava cakes! Instruction was great, more from the professional chef as some of the printed instructions were unclear, and the food was tasty. Class didn't start on time, which is a shame because we picked the later session and ultimately didn't have dinner until after 9pm. I would have liked some more instruction on how to make the same or similar recipes without all the fancy equipment, and advice on how to be more efficient in the kitchen. Also, there should be a dedicated dining area, as it's uncomfortable to eat standing up.

Great time, the food was good and the chef was personable. I think its worth the experience.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home.
My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
