Get comfortable with pasta-making techniques in this interactive cooking class in Madison. With help from Chef Peter or a resident chef, you’ll make fresh spinach pasta dough, fettuccine with roasted squash and linguine with walnut sage sauce. End with caramel and vanilla affogato for a sweet finish. This cooking class in Madison offers practical, step-by-step instruction in pasta rolling, cutting and sauce pairing so you can recreate these dishes at home.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
