We cooked the Strip Steak with Chianti Pan Sauce, crispy gnocchi with arugula salad with lemon-parmesan dressing. I learned to make gnocchi which was fun. The whole event was a great time. Our counter has just the right amount of people which was 4. We were not over crowded like the other counter that had 8. I think 6 is a good number. We would definitely do this again.

My husband and I attended a cooking class with Chef Michelle and it was a fantastic experience. Her passion for food and love for teaching were evident in every aspect of the class.
