Booked the Southern Italian Classics with Chef Chris at his place for my husbands birthday- wanted to try something new and had a great experience! Chef Chris explained the menu ( the inspiration behind it) , conversation was easy, didn’t seem rushed, food was delish! Really liked the mini pizzas and the dessert! My wife and I recently attended the Simplicity of Sushi course with Chef Rodney, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The class was held at Chef Rodney’s home, which was spotless and located in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. Chef Rodney was an exceptional host—warm, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. His teaching style reflected his deep experience and culinary expertise. He was incredibly patient, not only with us but with all the guests, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. We learned so much and truly enjoyed the hands-on approach. I highly recommend Chef Rodney, whether you’re interested in sushi or any other cooking class he offers. It was an unforgettable afternoon!

We had such a great experience with Chef Doc’s in-home Thai cooking class. He brought everything needed and guided us step-by-step through each dish, making the process approachable and enjoyable. His instructions were clear, and he shared helpful techniques along the way. The food turned out absolutely delicious, and it was so satisfying to make it ourselves with his guidance. It was a fun, relaxed evening and a great way to learn something new. Highly recommend Chef Doc if you’re looking for a memorable and hands-on cooking experience at home.

I recently hosted a Thai cooking class dinner party with Chef Shahida and it exceeded all expectations! The instructor was fantastic—super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience both educational and so much fun. We made everything from scratch, including handmade sushi rolls, lemongrass ginger soup with coconut curry, Thai basil fried rice with Gulf shrimp, chicken satay with the most delicious peanut sauce, and ended on a high note with a mango dessert topped with berries and whipped cream. Everyone had a blast, learned a lot, and left full and happy. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable night!

I can't say enough about this experience! My husband and I had an amazing time and what we made was delicious. Chef Rodney was funny, engaging, and interesting and his home was lovely and immaculate. What really stood out was how hands-on the class was. It wasn’t just watching someone cook—we were in the mix, learning as we went. We walked in excited and left feeling more confident in the kitchen (and full, which is always a win). This class was fantastic! Chef Tish was so personable and knowledgable as she welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook Italian small plates. It was an entertaining and engaging night for my parents and us. We learned so much and had a great time. While it was small plates, we left VERY full and with some leftovers. Everyone was making mmms and wows and ohmygods sounds as we finally tried the food we'd helped prepare. We couldn't stop talking about the food and how much fun we had the whole way home, and I imagine that its a night we'll be talking about for a while!

Simply put, Chef Kira was amaaazing!! It was my fiancés birthday and she wanted an memorable experience. We ended a great weekend of celebrating with Chef Kira at her house for Cuban night. From the moment we walked in, it felt like family. We had a group cooking class and ended up meeting the best people and became family by the end of the night. We’re even looking at doing another cooking experience together with Kira. My fiancé was surprised and Chef even created a beautiful birthday moment for her. A great hands on experience!
