I recently hosted a Thai cooking class dinner party with Chef Shahida and it exceeded all expectations! The instructor was fantastic—super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience both educational and so much fun. We made everything from scratch, including handmade sushi rolls, lemongrass ginger soup with coconut curry, Thai basil fried rice with Gulf shrimp, chicken satay with the most delicious peanut sauce, and ended on a high note with a mango dessert topped with berries and whipped cream. Everyone had a blast, learned a lot, and left full and happy. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable night!

I can't say enough about this experience! My husband and I had an amazing time and what we made was delicious. Chef Rodney was funny, engaging, and interesting and his home was lovely and immaculate. Chef Doc was personable, knowledgeable AND a lot of fun! Immediately, he engaged us with his friendliness as he unpacked a wagon full of ingredients. We jumped right into the experience, chatting and laughing as we prepped sauces, cut vegetable and learned more about Thai food. What a meal! We feasted and enjoyed every bite of our labors--with LOTS of leftovers, too. We now have the confidence to replicate the flavors of Bangkok on our own! This class was fantastic! Chef Tish was so personable and knowledgable as she welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook Italian small plates. It was an entertaining and engaging night for my parents and us. We learned so much and had a great time. While it was small plates, we left VERY full and with some leftovers. Everyone was making mmms and wows and ohmygods sounds as we finally tried the food we'd helped prepare. We couldn't stop talking about the food and how much fun we had the whole way home, and I imagine that its a night we'll be talking about for a while!

WOW, what a wonderful experience!! Chef Luca was incredible - his knowledge of the cuisine, love for food and love to entertaining was top-notch.
