Had an amazing time with our Chef. Birthday present for the wife and enjoyed it with friends. Actually learned a lot and our pasta turned out delicious!!!! Highly recommend for a great date night or even family night with the kids. Sushi class next!!!!

Booked the Southern Italian Classics with Chef Chris at his place for my husbands birthday- wanted to try something new and had a great experience! Chef Chris explained the menu ( the inspiration behind it) , conversation was easy, didn’t seem rushed, food was delish! Really liked the mini pizzas and the dessert! Looking forward to doing another in the future

My wife and I recently attended the Simplicity of Sushi course with Chef Rodney, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The class was held at Chef Rodney’s home, which was spotless and located in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. Chef Rodney was an exceptional host—warm, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. His teaching style reflected his deep experience and culinary expertise. He was incredibly patient, not only with us but with all the guests, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. We learned so much and truly enjoyed the hands-on approach. I highly recommend Chef Rodney, whether you’re interested in sushi or any other cooking class he offers. It was an unforgettable afternoon!

I recently hosted a Thai cooking class dinner party with Chef Shahida and it exceeded all expectations! The instructor was fantastic—super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience both educational and so much fun. We made everything from scratch, including handmade sushi rolls, lemongrass ginger soup with coconut curry, Thai basil fried rice with Gulf shrimp, chicken satay with the most delicious peanut sauce, and ended on a high note with a mango dessert topped with berries and whipped cream. Everyone had a blast, learned a lot, and left full and happy. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable night!

I can't say enough about this experience! My husband and I had an amazing time and what we made was delicious. Chef Rodney was funny, engaging, and interesting and his home was lovely and immaculate. From the start, Chef Rodney made everything fun, interactive, and engaging. It wasn’t just about following a recipe—he really took the time to break things down and explain why certain techniques work, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was how hands-on the class was. It wasn’t just watching someone cook—we were in the mix, learning as we went. Chef Rodney’s energy was next level, and you could tell how passionate he is about what he does. That passion made the entire experience even better. We walked in excited and left feeling more confident in the kitchen (and full, which is always a win). Whether you’re looking for a unique date night, a fun activity, or just a way to level up your cooking skills, this class is 100% worth it. Chef Doc was personable, knowledgeable AND a lot of fun! Immediately, he engaged us with his friendliness as he unpacked a wagon full of ingredients. We jumped right into the experience, chatting and laughing as we prepped sauces, cut vegetable and learned more about Thai food. What a meal! We feasted and enjoyed every bite of our labors--with LOTS of leftovers, too. We now have the confidence to replicate the flavors of Bangkok on our own! We felt very comfortable having Chef Doc in our home, and hope to request him again.

This class was fantastic! Chef Tish was so personable and knowledgable as she welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook Italian small plates. It was an entertaining and engaging night for my parents and us. We learned so much and had a great time. While it was small plates, we left VERY full and with some leftovers. Everyone was making mmms and wows and ohmygods sounds as we finally tried the food we'd helped prepare. We couldn't stop talking about the food and how much fun we had the whole way home, and I imagine that its a night we'll be talking about for a while!
