This class on making pasta and Caesar Salad from scratch was a great experience. I thought pasta making was very difficult, but Chris showed us that its easy and fun, and not to mention so much more healthier. I had in my mind that pasta was an all day prep or two day process, I don't know why I thought that, but it was easy to do and the taste is wonderful. I would recommend everyone to take this class and upgrade your cooking skills to a whole other level. I wish I would have taken much more notes during the class, such as capturing the ingredients and steps. But Chris helped me out afterwards with those items.

This class was fantastic! Chef Tish was so personable and knowledgable as she welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook Italian small plates. It was an entertaining and engaging night for my parents and us. We learned so much and had a great time. While it was small plates, we left VERY full and with some leftovers. Everyone was making mmms and wows and ohmygods sounds as we finally tried the food we'd helped prepare.
