Bring the savory bounty of the sea home for a festive Old World Christmas feast.

Christmas in Italy means fresh seafood, as Chef Chris demonstrates in this hands-on cooking class. He'll teach you a new way of thinking about holiday dinner, featuring a host of novel flavors filled with good cheer.

Begin with crab arancini — fried risotto balls made with arborio rice and tender crab meat. Then, you'll prepare crostini topped with marinated salmon tartare and assemble an indulgent holiday lasagna with fresh pesto, handmade lasagna pasta and shrimp. For dessert, create a festive Nutella and panettone bread pudding and mulled cider.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chris was very punctual, fast to communicate, and professional. He even rescheduled for us the day before because we booked the wrong day! Here’s what to expect: 1) Amazing food that is super fun to watch Chris work and talk with. Top chef quality. 2) Chris is highly trained chef and incredibly knowledgeable about food science 3) Chris brings all supplies that he needs and will clean up after 10/10 recommend, which we have already done so to most everyone we know.
