Christmas in Italy means fresh seafood, as Chef Chris demonstrates in this hands-on cooking class. He'll teach you a new way of thinking about holiday dinner, featuring a host of novel flavors filled with good cheer.

Begin with crab arancini — fried risotto balls made with arborio rice and tender crab meat. Then, you'll prepare crostini topped with marinated salmon tartare and assemble an indulgent holiday lasagna with fresh pesto, handmade lasagna pasta and shrimp. For dessert, create a festive Nutella and panettone bread pudding and mulled cider.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
