This was such a great and fun experience!!! Chef Samantha was a great host and chef. We learned how to make French onion soup, croutons, mussels, steak, creamed leaks, peppercorn sauce, & crème brûlée. The food was phenomenal 10/10!!! We didn’t know the couple who joined us, but they were super nice. This was a unique date night experience and we would definitely do it again.

BOOK THIS MAN IMMEDIATELY Chef Jonathan met and exceeded my expectations for our evening. Each course was planned, prepared, and executed with perfection. You can truly see each ingredient individually yet still receive the whole flavor profile of this menu. Jonathan cooks with passion, creating simple yet elegant dishes while entertaining conversation and questions. He can teach to any audience whether it be someone with no experience in the kitchen to someone who works in the industry. Truly an amazing chef and person, you can feel and see that in the food he creates. Hosting it at his house added to the intimacy and personal touch with music in the background. Anyone reading this should book a class or dinner with him and experience it yourself.

For Christmas, I gave a coupon to my mom and stepdad for Chef Emily's vegan cooking class and did they absolutely enjoy it!!! My mom and stepdad are slowly going vegan/incorporating vegan meals during their week and said that Chef Emily was so insightful, energetic, and fun to learn from. It's been over 2 weeks since they've taken the class and I'm still hearing stories and techniques they learned from the class. They said it was easy to follow along and people at all levels of cooking would enjoy!

I loved Chef Samantha's class! She demonstrated how to perfectly fry sesame chicken, a recipe that I know will become a new staple in my home, and her mashed potatoes were to die for. Chef Samantha was fun and knowledgable and made her delicious dishes look absolutely manageable. I can't wait to pick up the ingredients and cook these recipes for my friends and family.
