You’ll also make your own pillowy squash gnocchi to serve with shrimp in a delightful cream sauce, and learn how to perfectly sear jumbo scallops topped with tangy salsa verde. For dessert, whip up a fluffy limoncello cheesecake mousse served with sweet berries and mint.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Incredible time with Chef John! The amazing food was almost secondary to the stories, laughter, and playlist. Very instructive on technique and took his time without feeling rushed. We definitely will be trying his other offerings.
