Cultures that border the Mediterranean have some of the world's most ancient cooking traditions. Join Chef Samantha to learn authentic cooking techniques, and how to choose high-quality ingredients for four fresh courses.
Begin the hands-on class with pita bread and a roasted eggplant dish known as baba ganoush, and a refreshing panzanella salad peppered with bread, fresh vegetables, basil and garlic. Next, learn how to prepare halibut with fennel in a fragrant saffron broth, and end with a famous Greek dessert tradition: baklava with nuts and spices layered between crispy phyllo.
