Chef Denis is a gifted cooking teacher, who managed to engage our whole family for a this Lord of the Rings themed meal. We had a great time cooking together, while he imparted a ton of helpful cooking lessons like good knife skills, browning meat, simmering, baking skills, and more! And we were absolutely stuffed by the end of the evening. We all want to do this again soon!

This was a great team-building experience with Chef Stephanie, aka "Chefanie." She is informative and engaging. The chef allowed us to ask questions and provided plenty of opportunities to share the cooking and learning experience. My only suggestion would be to offer stools to participants since eating the meal standing up was awkward and uncomfortable after standing for 2+ hours during preparation

Came as a group of 3 for a friend’s birthday and had the most amazing time. I really enjoyed the ease of the class and the prep work that went into setting up everything for us. The polenta was amazing. It was honestly my favorite part of the meal and then it was the blood orange sorbet for me. 10s all around. The staff there was so sweet. I will definitely be back. <3

Chef Kenneth was amazing! He arrived right on time, taught us so much, and was so incredibly personable. It felt like we were cooking and being taught by a friend. The dishes we made were AMAZING. He showed us that cooking doesn't have to be needlessly complicated to be delicious. He was beyond courteous and great to speak with. I learned a lot of tricks from him that I will be implementing from now on with cooking. I would definitely hire him again!

This was a very nice class and the food was delicious! Our Chef was so welcoming and informative. I wish, however, that we had been able to make the red sauce or the pesto sauce and the chicken, even if the full menu was smaller. Thanks for a fun time!

Dona was wonderful!!!!! My family recently attended a cooking class, and it was an unforgettable experience! Dona, the chef, was absolutely wonderful. Her warm and engaging attitude made it easy for our children to participate and truly enjoy the experience. She had a unique way of making everyone feel comfortable and involved, regardless of their age or cooking skills. The food we prepared was simply delicious. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors, and Dona's guidance ensured that even the youngest daughter could contribute meaningfully. We took the Italian dinner w/ Tiramisu class last Thursday and had an absolute ball with Chef Paige and Mark! Paige's high energy, super fun personality combined with her excellent instructions and skills was awesome! Mark's kind and friendly persona mixed with his almost invisible, super efficient classroom management was priceless. I'll be back! We loved it!

Review of Cooking Class at Chef Jaime’s Home We had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class in Chef Jaime's clean, cozy, and welcoming apartment, which featured a large kitchen and a beautiful center island with granite countertops—perfect for group cooking. We prepared vegan empanadas, guacamole, and a delicious veggies stew, sauces, etc. all under Chef Jaime's expert guidance and supervision. Chef Jaime’s enthusiasm and energy truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. She was incredibly organized, managing the class smoothly and keeping us on track without ever making it feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to engage with participants of all experience levels, from beginners to more seasoned cooks, making sure everyone felt included and valued. Her positive, supportive attitude created an environment that was not only instructive but also fun and encouraging. It was clear that she’s passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about ensuring her students have a memorable experience.
