Booked the class Classic Greek Dishes with Chef Michael in Manhattan (Midtown West)
I took my fiancee for her birthday and we had a really fun and memorable time with Chef Michael for his Greek cooking class. He's got loads of worldly cooking experience and really knows his stuff! We learned a nice variety of cooking techniques, from simple veggie prep to grilling fish and even baking filo dough. As a couple that cooks semi regularly at home, we felt like this was a perfect skill level for the class. He's really thoughtful and you can tell he absolutely loves doing this, which shows in his enthusiasm. He was happy to answer any amount of questions and our whole group had a really great experience. Would absolutely do more classes with Chef Michael/Cozymeal in the future!

Chef Michael gave my girlfriend and I a great, memorable experience. Both my girlfriend and I are semi-experienced cooks and Chef Michael still offered us many new tips and techniques for quick but delicious dishes. He was very personable and spoke with us after we completed dinner and olive oil, wine, and various cuisines around the world. Highly highly recommend.
Booked the class Classic French Cooking with Chef Michael in Manhattan (Chinatown)
It was great! We had wonderful time with Chef Michael. Class was organized in "currently closed" under renovation restaurant in professional kitchen. I loved that we weren't split in groups and there were plenty to do and learn. Menu was easy, but delicious.

Melissa was amazing! She made sure to check in about dietary restrictions and made modifications where possible! She made the class fun and joked with us as we prepared a really delicious meal!
Booked the class Refined Seafood Feast with Chef Ivan in Manhattan (Chinatown)
This experience was very much worth it. It was truly hands on and engaging. Everyone got their aprons on and hands in the mix, literally! I went with my partner, and we had a class with 2 other couples, and 2 solo individuals, making the class size 8, which is perfect--I wouldn't recommend any more than that. Chef Ivan was very patient with each of us, he gave an excellent overview of what we'd be doing for the session, and explained cooking terms and tips expertly. The dining experience was also nice and cozy. We ran a bit out of time at the end, only because our group was so chatty! The only thing I wished for was to see how the salmon was prepared at the end, although he had walked us through the process already. Great experience, and I highly recommend to anyone, whether for a couple's bonding, friend's gathering, or team building. Excellent experience, and excellent food. The best part is, we could sit down eating at the table and proudly say that we created that!
Booked the class Refined Seafood Feast with Chef Ivan in Manhattan (Chinatown)
Quaint, well-explained, hands-on class (Italian Cuisine). While I expected the cooking class to be very “commercial and or school-like” because of what I watch on tv, this was the opposite. The class of 6, at his studio, made it feel like you were cooking at home amongst friends. Everything was well explained and variations were discussed so that we could personalize the entrees if we wanted to. Chef Ivan was great and would recommend to others most definitely.

Booked the class NYC Influencers: Handling Fresh Seafood in the Kitchen with Chef Bahr in Manhattan (Greenwich Village)
I had a great time with my first Cozymeal and cooking class with Chef Bahr! The chef was knowledgeable, patient and had a great sense of humor. We learned to make chocolate custard shuck oysters, sliced fresh raw Branzino fish for carpaccio, made Salmon poke, and watched how Chef Bar prepared paella before it went to the oven for us to share a perfect end to the night. Chef Bahr was personable and made us feel welcome. Since it was a small group (of 7) prepping at one table, it allowed us to be intimate and it was just like having friends over at your home, cooking, and having great conversations over wine and beer. (It’s BYOB! Although you can get drinks at the bar). Great vibe and energy amongst the group. The class on was hand-ons and we learned a lot of helpful tips and tricks on handling seafood, food shopping and we all shared our love of food and favorites eats around the city. The recipes were easy to follow. The food was fresh, delicious and plenty for everyone – we practically licked everything off the plate! With the time allotted, the class was well organized – we created a 5-course meal in 3 hours and we got to eat it! And best of all it was a relaxed experience – no pressure to rush through and to finish on time. In fact, we lingered after just chatting and friending each other on Facebook! I came alone and had a memorable experience. And of course it’s great for dates and having fun with a friend. I can’t wait to get those recipes from Chef Bahr! Thank you!

Chef Bahr is a fantastic host chef, offering a relaxed and open kitchen lesson within a cozy setting. Questions can be asked at any time and Chef Bahr's tips from sourcing the freshest seafood down to slicing techniques were all highly valued. My confidence in attempting different seafood recipes at a top tier restaurant quality has increased immensely. Looking forward to the next Cozymeal experience!

Chef Kenneth made our Taste of Japan cooking class an absolutely fantastic experience. He was fun, engaging and kept us involved from start to finish. His teaching style was clear and approachable, making it easy for us to follow along regardless of skill level. We especially appreciated how he took the time to teach proper cooking techniques and knife skills, which made the class both enjoyable and genuinely educational. It felt like we walked away with skills we can actually use at home! On top of that, the food we prepared was incredibly delicious and everything turned out better than we expected! Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend Chef Kenneth to anyone looking for a fun and informative cooking class.

Chef Kenneth was great! We live in San Antonio, TX and our nephew lives in Brooklyn, NY. We wanted to give our nephew the experience of Chef Kenneths Taste of Japan sushi cooking class for his 18th birthday. Our nephew invited 5 friends. They said Chef Kenneth was "very cool" and that it was "the best experience". Chef Kenneth taught some tricks and gave a great class. Thank you Chef! We are so proud that you made this cooking class/dinner such a memorable experience for our nephew and his friends.

Amazing Japanese cuisine class with Chef Kenneth! We learned tons of techniques from sushi to tempura to matcha tofu panacotta dessert making. Not only was the class fun and the dinner delicious, but also Chef Kenneth is an amazing conversationalist and such a positive presence that he put all of us at ease right away. He spent almost double the time with us, brought all the necessary supplies and ingredients with him, and we made enough delicious food to have lunch with friends the next day. We also found out that Chef Kenneth does private parties, works as a private chef, and can even organize corporate and team building events. I am certain this is not the last time we are cooking with Chef Kenneth. Highly recommended experience!
