We did the Greek Cuisine from scratch class. In this class, we made homemade hummus, salmon, Greek salad and crepes. My 13 Year old granddaughter and I did the class together. Chef Jane did a wonderful job throughout the class making us feel welcomed and valued. She was encouraging and engaging. We had such a great time. We are looking forward to signing up for another class with Chef Jane.
