Cooking Class - Tokyo Style Ramen
In this hands-on class, Chef Shinya guide you through each step of making top-notch and nutritious Tokyo-style ramen using fresh ingredients.
Chef Shinya will show you how to make professional quality toppings such as chashu pork, ajitsuke tamago, seasoned steamed cabbage and homemade rayu. Chef Shinya will explain in detail from choosing the right ingredients to the precise method of preparation to assembling the final bowl of ramen, as well as how to make other types of ramen soup – and how to slurp the noodles!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
