Learn the secret to restaurant-quality ramen using all-natural ingredients and simple steps.

In this hands-on class, Chef Shinya guide you through every steps of making top-notch and nutritious Tokyo style ramen soup using fresh ingredients.

Chef Shinya will also teach you how to make professional quality toppings such as chashu pork, ajitsuke tamago, seasoned steamed cabbage and homemade rayu. Chef Shinya will explain in detail from choosing the right ingredients to the precise method of preparation to assembling the final bowl of ramen, and how to make other types of ramen soup – and how to slurp the noodles!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
