Cooking Class - Tokyo Style Ramen

In this hands-on class, Chef Shinya breaks down the expensive and time-consuming stereotypes surrounding real ramen and teaches you how to make Tokyo-style ramen at home with simple and easy steps.

Chef Shinya will also teach you how to make professional quality chashu pork and other wonderful toppings, such as ajitsuke tamago, steamed cabbage, and homemade rayu. Chef Shinya will explain every step in detail from choosing the right ingredients to the precise method of preparation to assembling the final bowl of ramen and finally, how to slurp the noodles.
