Cooking Class - Tokyo Style Ramen
In this hands-on class, Chef Shinya will guide you through each step of making top-notch and nutritious Tokyo-style ramen using fresh ingredients and teach essential technique to cook up the perfect bowl of ramen.
Chef Shinya will show you how to make professional quality ramen soup from scratch. You'll also learn to craft toppings such as ajitsuke tamago, seasoned steamed cabbage and homemade rayu. Chef Shinya will provide detailed step-by-step guidance: From choosing the right ingredients to the precise method of preparation to assembling the final bowl of ramen and how to slurp the noodles!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
