Chef Damon was amazing! He was very personable and cooked a delicious birthday meal. The food was top-notch and so was Chef Damon. Would recommend his services to everyone. My husband and I attended our very first cooking class, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Chef Damon was the most amazing host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the class fun, engaging, and easy to follow. The group we shared the evening with was wonderful, which made the experience even better. We laughed, learned, and connected with some great people while preparing a beautiful four-course Italian meal. Though my husband and I aren’t new to the kitchen, this menu and experience were new to us—and we can’t wait to recreate these dishes at home. Every course was absolutely top tier—from the fresh and flavorful Tomato Bruschetta, to the rich and savory Chicken Marsala, the perfectly creamy Risotto, and the decadent Tiramisu to finish. Every bite tasted like something from a fine dining restaurant! We left not only full and happy but also inspired and excited to try these recipes at home. If you’re considering a cooking class, don’t hesitate—this is the one to take! Thank you, Chef Damon and Danni, for such a memorable evening! We’ll be back soon!

Where do I start!! This was the absolute best birthday surprise that I have ever had!! The food was amazing! Chef Damon educated us throughout the entire experience. He accommodated the request of vegetarian dishes which were all flavorful. I wanted to do a little dance after every bite! Thank you again Chef Damon!

Chef Damon was knowledgeable and patience with us novice chefs. When you walked in he had the kitchen prepped with all the ingredients and ready for us. The class was very hands on and so much fun learning little tricks while cooking. The food was phenomenal. We made everything from scratch learning all the basic techniques that I can use in the future for sure. I would highly recommend Chef Damon over and over again for this experience and I can't wait to take another class of his.

Would have preferred getting a printed set of instructions for croissant recipes morning of class. Have not received the email with recipes yet. Suggest making class long enough to allow for proper rising times so we know what finished product should look and taste like. Otherwise a nice experience.

This was a great experience. Chef Pravy was knowledgable and approachable, everything was organized and efficient, the food was amazing, and I learned a lot. Definitely recommend her class, and also she will be opening a cafe in Fountain Square neighborhood soon called A Cup of Chai which I will definitely be checking out.

The Italian meal Chef Damon taught was delicious, so much fun and easy to follow. There was 7 of us in the class and 4 stations to work, each with is own course, so you got to pick the station that you were interested in learning about or tackling. Highly recommend this class.

I enrolled myself, my mom and my daughter into the French Baking 101 class. The class was great, chef/instructor was very knowledgeable and finished dishes were delicious! I do have a suggestion of information that should be shared with guests before they sign up. I was under the impression each person taking the class would be making their own dish/dessert and doing all of the steps/cooking activities, instead we were placed into a group of 4 (one person we did not even know before the class) and then we had to divvy up any physical activities among the group. With 4 people I don't think we all had very much opportunity to be as hands on as I would have liked. And we you are paired up with people outside of your party it can be a little awkward etc. So my suggestion would be to make it explicit that you make 3 shared desserts and are working in a team of 4 people. If you don't have 4 in your party then you will be put into a team with other class individuals. Now maybe this info is somewhere in the small print but I did not see it readily. Thank you.

I would recommend the baking class. Bread making was clarified, even some of the finer piint I had struggled with in the past. Teacher was great and the others in the class were Incredibly attentive. I will be takin another class! Only issue was I booked a 10am class. When contacted prior to accepting my reservation I was told the class was moved to 9. No big deal. However all other communication (including the "your class starts in 15 mins" had 10 listed as the start time. On the off chance, I arrived at 9. Many others had the same communication saying it started at 10 and missed most of the class.
