Cooking Class - New England Comfort Food
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Warren, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring traditional New England comfort food that will keep you warm all year long.
Some of the dishes and recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a perfectly briny, creamy New England clam chowder with the chunks of potatoes and clams, jumbo lump crab cakes seasoned with a classic mirepoix, sweet corn hash and a bourbon caramel bread pudding.
