In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Warren, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring traditional New England comfort food that will keep you warm all year long.

Some of the dishes and recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a perfectly briny, creamy New England clam chowder with the chunks of potatoes and clams, jumbo lump crab cakes seasoned with a classic mirepoix, sweet corn hash and a bourbon caramel bread pudding.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We both had a great time learned a lot. Food was delicious. Chef Warren did an amazing job involving everyone and teaching his art in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend his class to anyone and will be taking another with him in the future.

Chef Warren is a certified dietary manager, and member of the American Culinary Federation with more than a decade of professional culinary experience under his belt. After completing a culinary arts internship, Chef Warren has held titles including food service director and culinary manager. He has also graduated many inmates from a cooking program he taught to help offenders develop food service and culinary skills.
