Join Chef Damon and discover how simple it is to make your favorite island favorites at home with an added modern twist, and smart cooking techniques.

In this hands-on class, you'll use high-quality ingredients to make a meal straight out of the Caribbean, beginning with conch chowder. You'll also learn how to make crunchy coconut shrimp with slaw and spicy ginger-soy sauce, escovitch snapper served with rice, peas and fried plantains, and a beautifully tart key lime pie topped with whipped cream and candied lime zest.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Damon was great. He was thorough on the processes and cooking styles, and his Coconut Shrimp was very delicious, I wanted seconds when I was done.
