It’s a hands on cooking class The chef is great - food was wonderful I will do this again

My wife and I had a great time and would highly recommend Chef Damon to anyone. He made the learning process easy and fun - and our dishes were amazing.

The Italian meal Chef Damon taught was delicious, so much fun and easy to follow. There was 7 of us in the class and 4 stations to work, each with is own course, so you got to pick the station that you were interested in learning about or tackling. Highly recommend this class.

Chef Damon is an excellent teacher and creates a warm, welcoming, fun space for hands on learning. In the sushi experience, I learned some excellent insider tips and left feeling confident I could continue creating at home.

My husband and I attended our very first cooking class, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Chef Damon was the most amazing host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the class fun, engaging, and easy to follow. The group we shared the evening with was wonderful, which made the experience even better. We laughed, learned, and connected with some great people while preparing a beautiful four-course Italian meal. Though my husband and I aren’t new to the kitchen, this menu and experience were new to us—and we can’t wait to recreate these dishes at home. Every course was absolutely top tier—from the fresh and flavorful Tomato Bruschetta, to the rich and savory Chicken Marsala, the perfectly creamy Risotto, and the decadent Tiramisu to finish. Every bite tasted like something from a fine dining restaurant! We left not only full and happy but also inspired and excited to try these recipes at home. If you’re considering a cooking class, don’t hesitate—this is the one to take! Thank you, Chef Damon and Danni, for such a memorable evening! We’ll be back soon!

Where do I start!! This was the absolute best birthday surprise that I have ever had!! The food was amazing! Chef Damon educated us throughout the entire experience. He accommodated the request of vegetarian dishes which were all flavorful. I wanted to do a little dance after every bite! Thank you again Chef Damon!

Chef Damon was knowledgeable and patience with us novice chefs. When you walked in he had the kitchen prepped with all the ingredients and ready for us. The class was very hands on and so much fun learning little tricks while cooking. The food was phenomenal. We made everything from scratch learning all the basic techniques that I can use in the future for sure. I would highly recommend Chef Damon over and over again for this experience and I can't wait to take another class of his.

Wow, what a fun time and DELICIOUS meal we had with Chef Damon! We honed our knife skills and discovered some new products and techniques. We could make this meal at home and look forward to doing it. The highlight for us was getting to know Chef Damon, a wonderful person and contributor to our community as a chef and in other significant ways.

Chef Damon was great. He was thorough on the processes and cooking styles, and his Coconut Shrimp was very delicious, I wanted seconds when I was done.
