What You’ll Do

Discover the ingredients and time-honored techniques to cooking the best Italian gnocchi.

During this interactive cooking class experience, Chef Andrea will teach you Nonna's secrets for pillowy, soft and delicious gnocchi, which you'll make completely from scratch.

Start by preparing crispy bruschetta topped with fresh vegetables. Then, you'll make three types of pasta: Spinach and ricotta gnudi, potato gnocchi and butternut squash gnocchi, all tossed with individual handmade sauces. You'll learn culinary methods on how to combine ingredients to make the dough, then roll, cut and cook each type of gnocchi. For dessert, Chef Andrea has prepared in advance an orange almond cake for you to enjoy.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great experience with Chef Andrea! He made us feel very welcome right from the start. His stories from when he was in Italy and how he got into cooking were very interesting and made us feel connected! His recipes were amazing, and the gnocchi were butter-soft! Loved every bit of it! Can't wait to try these recipes again at home!
