I recently had the pleasure of enjoying an incredible at-home Italian dining experience, and I can’t stop raving about it! From start to finish, Chef Washington brought warmth, professionalism, and authentic Italian flavors right into his kitchen. Every course was thoughtfully prepared—from seafood risotto to brown butter pasta with sage and the most decadent vanilla bean panna cotta I’ve ever had. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and the aromas alone made the evening feel like a cozy night in Tuscany. Not only was the food extraordinary, but the chef’s passion for Italian cuisine truly shone through. He shared cooking tips, stories behind the dishes, and made us feel like honored guests in his own home.
