What You’ll Do

Learn how easy it is to make soft, pillowy gnocchi from scratch in this cooking class.

You’ll mix cooked potatoes with flour, egg and Kosher salt, then learn how to knead and shape the dough into tender little dumplings that cook up light and satisfying. While the gnocchi boils, you’ll pick a sauce that fits your mood, a garlicky aglio e olio with a bit of heat, a fresh basil marinara simmered with tomatoes and herbs or a creamy pesto made with basil, Parmesan and a splash of cream.

This class is all about slowing down and realizing that classic Italian comfort food is totally doable at home. You’ll leave full, happy and ready to make gnocchi again on your own.
