Cooking Class - Pescatarian Feast
During this hands-on cooking class with Chef Denis, you'll learn just how easy it is to prepare healthy dishes that prioritize flavor and good-for-you ingredients.
You'll learn how to transform fresh parsley and basil into a zesty pesto for three-bean soup before cooking up cilantro-lemon seasoned roasted mushrooms. Then, Chef Denis will teach you the secret to preparing perfect seafood chowder featuring mussels, clams and shrimp. Lastly, your pescatarian feast will conclude with a sweet and creamy marscapone mousse fruit parfait.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
