Begin by creating an authentic Niçoise salad topped with soft-boiled eggs, tuna and a tangy vinaigrette. Then, learn the techniques for cooking the perfect steak and use the drippings to create a brandy and peppercorn sauce. Whip up a rich vanilla custard to create a decadent crème brûlée with caramelized sugar top for dessert.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We did this cooking class as a team building activity with co-workers and it did not disappoint. We had so much fun together and enjoyed a family style dinner of everything we made together afterwards (which was all delicious!). Highly recommend!
