Practice classic culinary skills for a traditional French menu in this hands-on experience.

Quintessential French flavors will be on full display in this engaging team building cooking class. Gather your crew and let Chef Danny will guide you through a menu of authentic French dishes while teaching useful culinary skills.

Begin by creating an authentic Niçoise salad topped with soft-boiled eggs, tuna and a tangy vinaigrette. Then, learn the techniques for cooking the perfect steak and use the drippings to create a brandy and peppercorn sauce. Whip up a rich vanilla custard to create a decadent crème brûlée with caramelized sugar top for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.

My husband and I had a great, and educational experience with Chef Y. We learned so much and the chefs were so helpful and everything is hands on! We ended up having a great time working together and with other couples! Then ended up having a delicious 4 course meal! Definitely will be doing another class soon!
