Chef Ivan will take you on a journey through the fresh, flavorful world of sushi.

Making sushi is one of the highest arts found in Japanese cuisine. Learn how to choose fresh ingredients, prepare the components and roll the perfect roll with Chef Ivan.

Begin the class with a light and flavorful miso soup with seaweed, radish, tofu and scallions. Next, comes an assortment of sushi: spicy tuna roll with avocado; California roll with crab, cucumber and mayonnaise; and an Alaskan roll with smoked salmon, surimi, avocado and cucumber. Finish on a sweet note with matcha ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The experience was amazing. Chef Stefano was pleasant and a pleasure to cook with. Providing cooking tips along the way; laughter and great fun. This was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect, I was immediately put at ease, both Chefs are super friendly and very informative. I would go experience this again. By the way the food turned out delicious and your take away is knowing how to make whatever you make in the kitchen that day!! Hope this was helpful in you making a decision to go and create awesome food with help from two awesome Chefs.

Wonderful experience! Extremely clean and felt very safe. A lot of good tips for cooking in general, especially pasta. The three pastas were delicious...had enough to take home and eat for the next couple days. Definitely recommend to others!
