Chef Ivan will take you on a journey through the fresh, flavorful world of sushi.

Making sushi is one of the highest arts found in Japanese cuisine. Learn how to choose fresh ingredients, prepare the components and roll the perfect roll with Chef Ivan.

Begin the class with a light and flavorful miso soup with seaweed, radish, tofu and scallions. Next, comes an assortment of sushi: spicy tuna roll with avocado; California roll with crab, cucumber and mayonnaise; and an Alaskan roll with smoked salmon, surimi, avocado and cucumber. Finish on a sweet note with matcha ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ivan more than surpassed our expectations, he was SO wonderful. My boyfriend and I decided to take this class since we both had never taken a cooking class. Not only did we learn a lot, we also had a remarkable dining experience in his cozy kitchen. We had the best time and definitely plan on booking another class/experience with him! Such a perfect date night idea.
