Cooking Class - A Tour of Classic Italian Dishes
In this class, you can expect to be schooled in four courses of classic Italian dishes, from appetizer to dessert.
Chef Ivan will show you how to make fresh trenette pasta with homemade basil pesto, palate-pleasing chicken involtini rolled with prosciutto and cheese, sumptuous roasted garlic and truffle mashed potatoes and a decadent tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
