Learn how to craft a coastal New England seafood feast with Chef Denis.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Denis will guide you as you prepare iconic dishes featuring classic New England flavors. You’ll build a rich, creamy chowder, practice making mayonnaise from scratch and bake a warm, comforting dessert.

Begin your lesson by crafting New England’s signature dish, clam chowder, followed by buttery lobster rolls with homemade mayonnaise. To accompany the meal, you’ll make fresh red and green coleslaw with cabbage and carrots along with a roasted potato salad with bright herbs. Finish the meal by crafting a seasonal fruit cobbler.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing night cooking our vegan meal with Chef Denis for my husband's birthday! He was able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and even asked about alternative dessert options for us. We ended up making a delicious matcha cake that we garnished with his homemade rose petal jam. Chef Denis helped us make our leftover food into a tasty salad. We can't wait to book another class with him in the future.
