These curated recipes made with authentic and quality ingredients include a classic panzanella salad starter followed by three handmade pastas with a variety of sauces, including gorgonzola cream sauce and pesto alla Genovese. For dessert, you'll learn how to make a refreshing citrusy granita with lemons and whipped cream.

Chef Feancesco and Chef Dona were PERFECT! We spent most of our time with Chef Francesco and he was a complete joy. Very knowledgeable about everything we cooked and was also very friendly.

This was an amazing class! We had a bigger group and Chef Ivan was very accommodating when we had to change the number of people last minute. The chef was very thorough in his instruction and it was so fun to use the various pasta making contraptions. We also learned some knife skills and how to make a great pesto (genovese!) loved the dining atmosphere as well. Highly recommend!

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
