Chef Kenneth was amazing! I booked this class to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and we had a blast. We loved everything on the menu - particularly the gnocchi. He also left us with leftovers which were greatly appreciated. Cannot recommend Chef Kenneth enough :)

This cooking class was an amazing experience! The instruction was very professional and clear, and we learned so many new tips and techniques. The order of preparation was perfectly planned, so everything flowed smoothly. The chef was not only highly skilled but also fun, warm, and engaging, which made the whole experience even better! Highly recommend this class- prefect as a gift, date night, or a special experience!

This was a great date night activity that left us with tips and tricks we can bring into our own kitchen. Chef Jamie is a well seasoned professional whose expertise and sense of humor made for a fun evening in the kitchen. Thanks Chef!

Booked the class The Best of Italian Favorites with Chef Kenneth in Manhattan (Upper East Side)

Chef Ken was great-had a relaxed easygoing but professional manner. He came with everything he needed short of a blender which we provided for and assorted pots/pans. We learned a lot-and were put to work in a fun voluntary manner..our groups got their hands dirty from time to time but Ken also cooked/kept things moving forward as we were also catching up while watching/learning. I was impressed by the time saving use of the blender and various shortcuts learned to save time/effort that provided delicious results! Chef Ken taught us how easy some of these dishes were to make-incredible arancini in a marinara sauce, a fantastic Caesar salad w homemade dressing, homemade gnocchi in a Gorgonzola sauce, and delicious homemade cannoli w chocolate chip ricotta filling! He did a great job of passing tips and tricks along the way.. Our group learned a lot and agreed we would like to recreate some of these dishes at home again. I would recommend working w Chef Ken for your next cooking lesson/dinner party!

We loved our private Italian cooking class with Madi! She walked us through all the steps of the recipes seamlessly and taught us new techniques that only a professional chef would know. All of the dishes were delicious and we loved that she included some of her seasonings that she makes personally herself. She was very professional and prepared - bringing all the ingredients and equipment with her and cleaning everything up afterwards as well! It was a pleasure learning from her and we hope to do another cooking class with her soon!

AMAZING CLASS!!! This is how you have fun during a pandemic! My boyfriend and I were the only ones in this pasta class, and it was extremely clean. Chef Ivan taught us how to prep, cut and cook like a pro! He was also very welcoming and funny. I can't wait to take his other classes in the future!

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time learning how to cook with Chef Michael. It was a lot of fun making pasta from scratch, and the recipes were so delicious -- it was clear there was a lot of thought put into the menu. Chef brought all the ingredients we needed, and as long as you have pots and plates, you should be all set. Chef Michael is also fun and easy to talk to. A great experience all around. Would highly recommend!

Chef Ivan was magnificent! In addition to learning how to cook delicious homemade pasta, he also taught the class many kitchen skills that we'll take with us for the rest of our lives/cooking! From the welcoming atmosphere and engaging chef to the friendly strangers (who felt more like family by the end of the class)...everything was better than we could have ever imagined.
