WHAT YOU’LL DO
Roll fresh fettuccine and fill spinach ricotta ravioli, finished in a classic tomato sauce.
Learn the craft of fresh pasta in this hands-on cooking class. Making pasta by hand is deeply satisfying, and this session covers both a cut pasta and a filled one, along with the sauce to bring them together.
You will roll and cut fresh fettuccine before filling your own spinach and ricotta ravioli, then simmer a classic tomato sauce built with garlic, onion and fresh herbs. Reserve your spot in this pasta class today.
