Cooking Class - The Best of Indian Cooking

Begin by preparing colorful papri chaat with bright chutney. Next, bring the heat by blending a bold curry sauce for chicken madras and steam rice to perfection with almonds and dried fruit. Chef Denis will also show you how to make a cucumber yogurt sauce and how to season and roast cauliflower and potatoes for a savory side dish. For dessert, whip up classic mango halwa.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
