Chef Todd shares his expertise in Italian cuisine with a team building cooking class that celebrates the rustic beauty of pasta. He'll teach you and your group how to make fresh pasta from simple ingredients and dress your plate in true Sicilian style.
Begin by roasting tomatoes with pops of basil and Romano cheese. Then, you'll prepare pasta from scratch and pair it with Bolognese, a traditional sauce featuring angus beef and tomato sauce. For dessert, whip up panna cotta infused with vanilla beans and topped with seasonal fruit roasted to perfection.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Todd was flexible and gracious with dietary accommodations and he created a fun environment for our holiday gathering. He somehow got a group of us amateurs to make an extraordinary meal that was scrumptious and we will have great memories of the evening. He and Cozymeal managed to find a cool location for us in Brooklyn when the usual Manhattan venue was booked on the date of our event. Kudos to the very talented Chef Todd and his awesome sous-chef as well.

Chef Todd hosted an amazing class for our team-building! He guided all of us through a seamless experience where we learned how to make pasta from scratch! There were 25 of us and Chef Todd was meticulous in ensuring we were all involved and engaged. In the end, the food was also delicious. If you are looking for a team building experience, I highly recommend Chef Todd - we all learned new skills during the class and had a lot of team bonding.
