Cooking Class - Classic Bistro Dishes

This elegant four-course dinner combines the best of French and American bistro cuisine.

Learn to make classic bistro dishes in this interactive cooking class with Chef Paul. Combining American and French bistro cuisine, you'll prepare four delicious dishes that transport you to your favorite little cafe.

First, you'll construct a tasty panzanella salad with bread, tomatoes and Chef Paul's signature no-fail vinaigrette. Then, prepare the main course: crispy chicken thighs served over a medley of vegetables and doused in a rich sauce. Next, cook traditional spaetzle to accompany the main course. Finally, make a fruity and fresh raspberry sorbet for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Paul was fabulous- very organized, engaging everyone in the class to participate in prep and to observe each step. I learned a lot and will definitely look for more classes with Chef Paul.
