Cooking Class - Classic Bistro Dishes
Learn to make classic bistro dishes in this interactive cooking class with Chef Paul. Combining American and French bistro cuisine, you'll prepare four delicious dishes that transport you to your favorite little cafe.
First, whip together airy, flaky cheese puffs (known as gougères, in French). Then, prepare the main course: crispy chicken thighs served over a medley of vegetables and doused in a rich sauce. Next, cook traditional spaetzle to accompany the main course. Finally, make a fruity and fresh raspberry sorbet for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
