Cooking Class - Elevated Bento Box
Discover the magic that goes into building a bento box in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ivan. With an array of recipes and ingredients to play with, you're sure to become a bento box extraordinaire in no time.
You can look forward to preparing miso soup with tofu, filling, folding and pan-searing gyoza with a blend of pork, garlic, ginger and scallions, and rolling sushi with fresh seafood of the day. Chef Ivan will also show you how to make okonomiyaki — classic cabbage pancakes — and vanilla ube ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
