Put your heads together to make fresh pasta and foster collaboration in the kitchen.

In this team building activity, you’ll roll up your sleeves and stir up some teamwork with Italian pasta-making. Your group will learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch under the guidance of a world-class chef. Then, break into teams to craft personalized pasta dishes using rich Alfredo and bold marinara sauces. An array of flavorful mix-ins — like Italian sausage, shrimp and mushrooms — invites creativity and collaboration. As the clock ticks, teams will work together to plate their pasta masterpieces, learning valuable kitchen skills and enjoying plenty of laughs along the way. The friendly judging adds a delicious layer of fun before everyone sits down to savor their dishes.

Chef Dix was quirky, fun, and gave good directions. Quaint group of 7 seemed appropriate for the learning level. Would love to take the pasta class. Would go back. Looking forward to doing it with my family now that I learned some basics.
