Cooking Class - Latin Fare Fundamentals
Learn the fundamentals for turning your dining room into a gourmet Latin restaurant.
A simple start to your culinary journey is on the menu in this hands-on cooking class from Chef Sean. You'll prepare an impressive, multi-course Latin-inspired meal using a slew of introductory methods you'll be able to build on.
Begin your lesson with a tasty Elote, or Mexican street corn. Next up, grill meat, vegetable or tofu fillings for homemade tacos and whip up a side of cilantro rice. Don't forget dessert, a flourless chocolate cake topped with ganache with a cayenne kick.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Really enjoyed our time with Chef Sean! He gave us general tips for knife skills and things like Mise en Place, and the meal turned out delicious.

We enjoyed Chef Sean. He was pleasant and his food was sooo delicious. I was giving this a 4 star over the cost of the experience. I felt, as well as my friends, that $430+ was a bit bunch for what we were offered. I have no idea how I overlooked this price, guess I just wanted it for the experience, which Sean was wonderful at. I Loved the fact that he took time and was respectful as we sat and prayed over our meal before continuing forth. That spoke volumes to all of us at the table!!!!!! The steak was done just right for each of our liking. We all thoroughly enjoyed the side dishes and the dessert was yummy. Chef Sean paid close attention to the food allergies that were presented. Overall Sean, would definitely love to have him back as a chef when we may be in area again.

He started as a food service shift manager and eventually became a line cook. A move to Atlanta saw him rise to the level of kitchen manager, putting his talent and training to its best use.
