Cooking Class - Gnocchi From Northern Italy
Take a culinary journey through the mountainous countryside of Northern Italy and practice regional techniques with Chef Samantha as she teaches you how to prepare a three-course menu from scratch.
First, create homemade lemon and garlic-infused Caesar dressing and pan-fry croutons for a classic salad. Next, knead fresh pasta dough for pillowy-soft gnocchi blanketed in a rich creamy tomato sauce that melts in your mouth and is sided by Parmesan-roasted broccoli florets. For dessert, mix up a dense chocolate cake without flour.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
