To kick things off, you’ll simmer fresh shrimp with coconut milk and citrusy lime leaves, then prepare an earthy chicken Thai green curry. There’s also a vegetable pad Thai on the menu, complete with flat ribbons of rice noodles, eggs, tofu and tamarind sauce. To finish, dessert is an indulgent coconut mango sticky rice. This was such a great and fun experience!!! Chef Samantha was a great host and chef. We learned how to make French onion soup, croutons, mussels, steak, creamed leaks, peppercorn sauce, & crème brûlée. The food was phenomenal 10/10!!! We didn’t know the couple who joined us, but they were super nice. This was a unique date night experience and we would definitely do it again.

Everything was amazing! She can cook her behind off lol. I took my son for his 26 birthday because he wanted to take a cooking class. The food was the best the filet mignon, Caesar salad with homemade ceaser dressing, leak cheese sauce, and crumb brûlée. I love it!
