Connect over sushi-making, flavor experiments and plenty of laughs in this hands-on group event.

This high-energy team building activity is all about connection through the creation of sushi. Working in teams and guiding by a gourmet chef, you'll learn traditional sushi-making techniques, from properly seasoning the rice and handling delicate nori to presentation and sushi etiquette. Craft California and shrimp tempura rolls before jumping into a friendly competition where teams design original rolls with flavorful mix-ins that range from fiery to fruity, featuring ingredients like fresh mango, jalapeño and teriyaki sauce.

Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Pittsburgh. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.

Chef Dix was quirky, fun, and gave good directions. Quaint group of 7 seemed appropriate for the learning level. Would love to take the pasta class. Would go back. Looking forward to doing it with my family now that I learned some basics.
