Join this hands-on cooking class to explore artful Asian cuisine, as Chef Jonathan guides you through learning new kitchen skills and working with fresh and traditional ingredients.
First, make an earthy soup featuring a variety of mushrooms and savory garlic tofu. Then, prepare ahi tuna to be served with a creamy root purée and an innovative miso glaze, and craft a spicy salmon roll with fresh vegetables and punchy ginger cream. For dessert, whip up crisp Japanese sweet potato fritters infused with matcha and rich coconut milk.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
