Join this hands-on cooking class to explore artful Asian cuisine, as Chef Jonathan guides you through learning new kitchen skills and working with fresh and traditional ingredients.

First, make an earthy soup featuring a variety of mushrooms and savory garlic tofu. Then, prepare ahi tuna to be served with a creamy root purée and an innovative miso glaze, and craft a spicy salmon roll with fresh vegetables and punchy ginger cream. For dessert, whip up crisp Japanese sweet potato fritters infused with matcha and rich coconut milk.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I recently took a cooking class with Chef Jonathan and it was a fantastic experience. He is charismatic, highly experienced, and brings a warm, down to earth approach to teaching. Every course from the starter through dessert was exceptional and I genuinely finished every bite. He explained each step in detail and even shared the recipes afterward. If you are looking to treat yourself, surprise a partner, or host friends for something memorable, Chef Jonathan is a wonderful choice.

My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of dining with Chef Jonathan for the 'Innovative Italian Cuisine' and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative Italian dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. We were especially impressed by the texture and mouthfeel of the homemade gnocchi with the butternut squash sauce. It was absolutely delicious! And the cheesecake berry mousse with honeycomb dessert was nothing we've ever experienced. Chef Jonathan was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. He even recommended restaurants in the area as well as a book that showcased our interests in food and nutritious cooking. We can’t recommend Chef Jonathan enough for a fantastic dining experience. We will definitley be booking with Chef Jonathan again in the near future!

I booked this meal/experience for my sister-in-law for her birthday and it could not have been a more perfect gift! Her friends and her said that Chef John was one of the coolest people they'd ever met and it was one of the best meals of their life. Cannot recommend this enough! Chef John is also incredibly responsive to messages and was kind enough to help us reschedule it when something came up.

Chef Jonathan did a phenomenal job with display, cooking, explaining and was very professional. I bought this for my wife for her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed this dinner. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend this as a new dinner idea.

I got this class for my boyfriend and I to celebrate our four year anniversary and it was beyond our expectations. Chef John made the entire environment relaxed and fun, while still teaching us tips at the craft he mastered. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun date night!

Jonathan was amazing. We had great conversation. He was very friendly and the food was amazing! I even ate beets and enjoyed it! I also appreciated that I asked a million questions and he did not hold back from answering any of them. Highly recommend.

BOOK THIS MAN IMMEDIATELY Chef Jonathan met and exceeded my expectations for our evening. Each course was planned, prepared, and executed with perfection. You can truly see each ingredient individually yet still receive the whole flavor profile of this menu. Jonathan cooks with passion, creating simple yet elegant dishes while entertaining conversation and questions. He can teach to any audience whether it be someone with no experience in the kitchen to someone who works in the industry. Truly an amazing chef and person, you can feel and see that in the food he creates. Hosting it at his house added to the intimacy and personal touch with music in the background. Anyone reading this should book a class or dinner with him and experience it yourself.

Had such a wonderful experience with Chef Jonathan! He had excellent dishes to offer and tons of cooking tips and advices that we never knew before. The beets salad and the scallops were especially amazing. He also had great stories to tell, keeping the whole cooking class filled with great conversations. Hope to see you soon again!

Incredible time with Chef John! The amazing food was almost secondary to the stories, laughter, and playlist. Very instructive on technique and took his time without feeling rushed. We definitely will be trying his other offerings.
