Cooking Class - Authentic Italian Seafood
In this hands-on class with Chef Luca, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Italian seafood feast using high-quality ingredients — including extra virgin olive oil, 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, 25-year aged Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena — and time-honored Italian cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a beautifully presented smoked salmon appetizer with avocado cream, silky ribbons of tagliatelle bathed in a sumptuous homemade lobster cream sauce, a drunken shrimp scampi made with rum, a rich and velvety chocolate cream for dessert and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
