Relish the traditional flavors of Italy in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris as you learn how to handcraft signature dishes from appetizer to dessert that are well loved in Rome.
Begin by dicing heirloom tomatoes for authentic Roman bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil. Then, Chef Chris will show you how to make fresh fettuccine pasta paired with a decadent carbonara sauce featuring cured pancetta. Next, you'll marinate zucchini with wine, imported vinegar and herbs, and layer a delectable homemade tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
