Discover the bright flavors of the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by world-class Chef Beee, you'll practice essential knife skills, balancing spices and Mediterranean plating techniques for a colorful, fresh and meatless meal.

You'll learn to roll delicate stuffed grape leaves (dolmas) filled with herbed lemon rice, master the art of shaping and frying crispy falafel and blend a silky beet hummus with perfect seasoning. Chef Beee curated an amazing experience for my grandmother's birthday celebration. Each of the menu items were delicious and easy to recreate in the future. My personal favorite was the collard greens dolmas. She did a great job of including each person in the cooking experience, even though there was 3 separate groups. I appreciated her ability to balance giving instructions, being personable, and answering different questions we had. I really enjoyed this experience, and I am excited for her to expand to have more classes. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more plant-based cuisines!

I wanted to become a professional at making Falafels, LOL. I was introduced to new seasonings and how to pair them. I also learned how to use the proper tools/equipment, to create the delicious dishes. It was so YUMMY! Chef Beee is very engaging and thoughtful and I enjoyed meeting new people, since I'm a introvert, I came solo. If your open minded to trying new and healthily foods, I would recommend you take this course. Be good to you! Schvonne

Chef Beee's Mediterranean cooking class was everything. We made dolmades, falafel, hummus... It all came out great. Everyone got to participate and play an integral role in the cooking process. On top of that Chef Beee is a great host. There was not a single dull or awkward moment. She made everyone instantly comfortable. I would definitely book another of her classes.
