After years in academia, she happily traded numbers for nourishment, channeling her love for wellness into the simple art of plant-based cooking. Chef Beee has fed her craft with advanced vegan gastronomy training, earning certifications in vegan cuisine, baking and cheese making. Thirteen years after founding her wellness institute, she now teaches others how food can heal, energize and reconnect us to ourselves. Every dish she creates reflects her belief that mindful eating is one of life’s most powerful forms of self-care.
