We had an amazing time at her cooking class for my girlfriend’s birthday such a fun, welcoming experience from start to finish. She was patient, organized, and made everything easy to follow while still teaching real techniques, so it felt hands-on without being stressful. The menu was perfect: the miso soup with silken tofu and seaweed was comforting and flavorful, and the Poke Bowl Fusion was honestly the highlight super creative with the “vegan unagi eel” and the tomato nigiri. The sesame ginger edamame salad was fresh, light, and had the perfect soy dressing, and the matcha coconut panna cotta with fresh berries was the best way to end the class. We left full, happy, and proud of what we made. Highly recommend booking her if you want a unique date idea, a birthday activity, or just a really good experience with great food.

Chef Beee curated an amazing experience for my grandmother's birthday celebration. Each of the menu items were delicious and easy to recreate in the future. My personal favorite was the collard greens dolmas. She did a great job of including each person in the cooking experience, even though there was 3 separate groups. I appreciated her ability to balance giving instructions, being personable, and answering different questions we had. I really enjoyed this experience, and I am excited for her to expand to have more classes. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more plant-based cuisines!
