Cooking Class - Modern and Classic Italian Fusion
In this hands-on class, Chef Rodney gives you the best of both worlds as he teaches you both new and old techniques, and recipes customary to Italian cooking.
You will begin by learning how to make a smooth as silk sweet corn veloute. Next, hone your seafood skills as you prepare a pan-seared rainbow trout infused with an earthy sweetness. For dessert, you will learn the techniques to crafting a match made in heaven: a refreshing, tart and wonderfully luscious Italian lemon meringue.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
