Cooking Class - Brunch Bliss

Learn everything you need to know to prepare a beautiful brunch.

In this hands-on class with Chef Shahida, you will be greeted with mock mimosas and seasonal mock bellinis as you prepare to learn the steps to create an incredible brunch from start to finish and completely from scratch.

From the skills and techniques to the equipment and essentials, Chef Shahida will teach you all things brunch as you make a beautiful three-course brunch menu. After preparing and indulging in sweet potato hash, salmon croquettes and French toast bread pudding, you'll have achieved brunch bliss.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Shahida did an amazing job with a group of teenagers for an 18th birthday party. She came prepared, was energetic throughout, and cleaned up everything after. Both Shahida and Cozymeal made it easy to book and make changes as party plans changed. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience with chef Shahida! She was so kind and walked us through the pasta making process while also letting us have fun with it. Her tips and tricks were so helpful to learn and the pesto pasta turned out so delicious! She accommodated our dietary restrictions which was also highly appreciated.
