Cooking Class - Brunch Bliss

Learn everything you need to know to prepare a beautiful brunch.

In this hands-on class with Chef Shahida, you will be greeted with mock mimosas and seasonal mock bellinis as you prepare to learn the steps to create an incredible brunch from start to finish and completely from scratch.

From the skills and techniques to the equipment and essentials, Chef Shahida will teach you all things brunch as you make a beautiful three-course brunch menu. After preparing and indulging in sweet potato hash, salmon croquettes and French toast bread pudding, you'll have achieved brunch bliss.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Shahida was wonderful! The Sushi 101 class was so much fun. We did it as a work team building / post-holiday event and it was perfect. She is knowledgeable, patient, and a great instructor. Definitely recommend!
